These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeMall.com website, applications, and services (the "Platform"), operated by TradeMall.com ("TradeMall.com", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What TradeMall.com is (and is not)

1.1 TradeMall.com is a free, fantasy prediction game for entertainment only. Users predict the outcomes of real-world events and use virtual credits ("Credits") to play and compete on leaderboards.

1.2 TradeMall.com is not gambling, betting, a lottery, a financial product, or a money-service business. No real money is involved, won, or lost. Credits are game points with no monetary or real-world value.

1.3 Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, or voting advice.

2. Virtual Credits

2.1 Credits are a virtual in-game currency provided free of charge for gameplay.

2.2 Credits cannot be: (a) purchased with real money; (b) sold, exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for money or anything of value; (c) transferred between users or accounts.

2.3 Credits are awarded, deducted, and reset at the start of each season at our discretion. You have no ownership or property right in any Credits.

2.4 Credits expire and reset each season and on account closure, with no compensation.

3. Eligibility

3.1 You must be at least 13 years old. Where a higher minimum digital-consent age applies (e.g. 16 in some EU/EEA countries), that higher age applies.

3.2 The Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3.3 One account per person. Automated or fraudulent account creation by users is prohibited.

3.4 Simulated participants. To support and enhance gameplay, the Platform may include automated or simulated participants operated by us. Such participants may not be identified as such within the Platform and are not eligible for any real-world prize.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, for providing accurate information, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Predictions, outcomes & resolution

5.1 Markets have a closing time after which no further plays are accepted.

5.2 Outcomes are resolved by us or by automated data sources we select. Resolution decisions are final.

5.3 We may void any market where an outcome is ambiguous, disputed, erroneous, or cannot be reliably determined. On a void, each user is refunded their net Credits in that market (Credits spent on shares, less Credits already received from selling them) so that no player is left up or down.

5.4 Markets use an automated market maker. Each outcome always shows a live price (its implied probability); when you buy shares in an outcome, your price is locked in at that moment, and the price then moves with subsequent activity. You may sell (cash out) the shares you hold back to the market at the current price at any time before the market closes. When a market resolves, each share of the winning outcome is worth 1 Credit and shares of the other outcomes expire. Displayed prices, projected returns, and probabilities are indicative only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use bots, scripts, or exploits; manipulate markets, leaderboards, or outcomes; create multiple accounts or collude; harass other users; post unlawful or offensive content; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform.

7. User content & groups

You are responsible for content you submit (e.g. group names, profile details) and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for operating the Platform. We may remove content or close groups that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outcomes, data, or odds are accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of Credits (which have no value).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TradeMall.com and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any breach or to protect the Platform. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that should survive termination survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change.
